BLVD-LPF® believes in making your experience unforgettable and simple!!If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be more than happy to exchange or return for a refund any product in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please keep in mind a few important things:
- Returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Buyer will be responsible for paying his/her own shipping costs for returning item
- All returns must have request “RMA” first and all returns must get shipped considering a trackable shipping service
The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
- Items Marked “Non-Returnable”, it will be clearly indicated on product page
- Items on sale cannot be returned
- Custom orders and personalized items
